Élodie Ouédraogo

Elodie Ouédraogo (1981) is a Belgian former athlete of Burkinese descent, specialized in sprinting and hurdling. In 2008 she won a golden medal in the 4x 100 m relay at the Olympics in Beijing. Ouédraogo retired from athletics in 2012 with the Memorial Van Damme as her last event. After her sporting successes, Elodie gave her career a twist and followed her love for fashion. Together with Olivia Borlée, she founded the activewear fashion label Unrun425, the name referring to the winning time for her Olympic gold.

She also emerged as a television personality, joining production house Woestijnvis and appearing as a guest and presenter on various programs. Together with her partner and cartoonist Jeroom Snelders, she dedicates herself to charity.
