Charles Boreux

Charles Boreux is a food technologist graduated from Gembloux AgroBio-Tech. After studying biology and food conception, Charles started his career by developing a new technology of laser engraving on chocolate. Working for the Miam Factory, he mixed art and food by applying new techniques of 3D printing and laser engraving on several food materials such as chocolate and macarons. Following these experiences, Charles worked as Project Leader to develop “La Fabrique Circuit Court”, a space bringing together different food processing workshops dedicated to be shared between local producers. He now works for the University of Liege as Lab Manager, developing new food monitoring tools intended to improve and monitor the diet of people with fragile health.
